Obsidian Integration, LLC � Intent to award single source June 2021 NAICS: 334310 Audio and Video Equipment PSC: 6760 Photographic Equipment NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE ORDER to and is not a request for competitive proposals. The Department of Commerce NOAA National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) Office of Law Enforcement (OLE) intends to negotiate with and issue a sole source, firm-fixed price award to Obsidian Integration LLC, 285 Cap CT STE 4E, Eugene, Oregon 97402-5431, under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance 10 U.S.C 2301 � as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), only one responsible source, and as authorized by FAR 6.303. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334310 and the Size Standard is 750 Employees. The anticipated award date is July 12, 2021. NOAA/NMFS/OLE, Northeast Enforcement Division (NED) has a requirement to procure one Detached Undercover Observations (DUO) conduit camera from Obsidian Integration LLC. This pole camera will complement the current fixed, covert pole cameras, and enhance the long-distance capabilities of photographic evidence for investigations. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is within the discretion of the Government. Interested firms may identify their interest by providing a capability statement which must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Interested firms may submit their capability statement no later than Monday, July 12, 2021 at 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. Oral communications will not be accepted.
