Description
This invitation for Bids (IFB) is for the extraction of abandoned vehicles located on Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH). The Marine Corps Regional Contracting�Office�-�Marine Corps Base Hawaii is seeking a No-Cost Agreement for Towing and�Extraction of Abandoned Vehicles. Information provided to the Government as a result of this posting is strictly voluntary and given with no expectation of compensation, and clearly provided at NO COST to the Government. Contact with Government personnel, other than the Contract Specialist or Contracting Officer, by a potential offeror or their employees regarding this requirement is strictly prohibited. This�Invitation For Bids/Sources Sought�is to locate experienced service providers capable of and interested in performing a non-personal services that provides towing and extracting�abandoned vehicles for the�Marine Corps�Provost Marshall's Office. Responses are welcomed from all interested parties capable of towing and/or impounding of privately owned vehicles that are abandoned. The Government is requesting that interested parties that can fully support this requirement furnish the following information: Capability statement should include your firm's general background, experience, required business towing Hawaii�license and qualifications. Request capability statement not exceed five pages in length. We are also looking for input from industry relative to how this type of service is performed in the private sector in order to maximize the incorporation of commercial standards and practices where practicable. Responses are due�no later 10:00 am HST, on�6�July 2021. Eligible candidates shall complete the attached�forms�and return to the contracting office. 1.� Letter of Agreement. 2. DBIDS pre-enrollment Instructions. 3. Base Access Request Form MCBH S-7 Form 5532. Eligible candidates who submit for bid will be selected at randomly through�a�raffle�hat drawing. All Interested parties shall submit attachments 1-3/ All interested parties shall only edit the highlighted areas�in the Letter of Agreement. Three (3) Candidates will be selected and will be contacted.
