Description

The contractor is Pacific Power, 1033 Ne 6TH Ave., Portland, Oregon, for electric power (utility) services.� The intent is to replace Yakama Indian Health Center's purchase order number 75H71320P00111 with Pacific Power.� This contract action is critical as it will allow for uninterrupted electric power services for Yakama Indian Health Center in support of direct patient care services. Period of Performance July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022. This Acquisition is conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items (41 U.S.C. 3305, 3306, and Chapter 37); FAR Part 12, Acquisition Procedures of Commercial Items (41 U.S.CD. 1906, 1907, and 3307), FAR 37.101, Non-Personal Services Contract, and FAR Part 41, Acquisition of Utility Services.� This is not a request for quotations. No solicitation package is available.� Any responses to this notice must be received no later than 12:00 noon Pacific Time, Friday, June 25, 2021.� No telephone inquiries will be accepted.� Responses must be directed to Yakama Indian Health Center Purchasing Agents Stacy Hill at Stacy.Hill@ihs.gov and Allison Shavehead at Allison.Shavehead@ihs.gov.
