Description
The Naval Air Systems Command, Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis, technical products and support for the Digital Precision Strike Suite (DPSS). ��������������� The Navy intends to enter into negotiations for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract consisting of contract line item numbers (CLINs) for contract type, Firm Fixed Price (FFP). The contract ordering period is anticipated to be five years. ���������������� This contract provides development and delivery of software capability enhancements to the Joint Effects Coordination Link (JECL) family of digital interoperability software and JECL based plugins for the DPSS family of products (e.g. Digital Imagery Exploitation Engine (DIEE), Kinetic Integrated Lightweight Software Individual Tactical Combat Handheld (KILSWITCH), Android Precision Assault Support System (A-PASS), Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Common Handheld (MCH), etc.) applications for digital interoperability. ���������������� Deliveries will be made free on board (FOB) destination. Delivery schedules will be identified within individual delivery orders. The total estimated contract value is $49,000,000. ��������������� Stauder Technologies is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of Joint Effects Coordination Link (JECL) family of digital interoperability software and JECL based plugins for the DPSS family of products. Stauder developed both hardware and software required integrating JECL and mobileJECL for the purposes of connecting Digital Imagery Exploitation Engine (DIEE) and the Kinetic Integrated Lightweight Software Individual Tactical combat Handheld (KILSWITCH) applications with customer requirements for different messaging formats.� Includes support services for JECL and mobileJECL executable services and mobileJECL Android-Precision Assault Strike Suite (A-PASS) Plugin executable and source code, updated to encompass customer requirements.� DIEE and KILSWITCH will not interact with all customer messaging formats without the use of JECL or mobileJECL and each message format require modification to ensure proper interaction. � ����������� Responses and requests shall be submitted by email to nondus.toombs@navy.mil or john.faria@navy.mil .
