- Virtual Tour Production Services INTRODUCTION The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is seeking Virtual Museum Exhibition Tour Production services for its headquarters facility located in Springfield, VA.� This is not a solicitation for proposals or quotations. The purpose of this notice is�to obtain market research information regarding: (1) companies capable of supplying the service that meets the specification; (2) company size status, whether small businesses; HUBZone; service-disabled veteran-owned, woman-owned, 8(a), etc.; and (3) size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for a proposed acquisition. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. � BACKGROUND The Historian Program, a program within the TSA�s Strategic Communications & Public Affairs (SCPA) Client Services and Integration Division, is responsible for collecting, preserving, and promoting the history and heritage of TSA. To meet this goal, the Program manages the TSA Heritage Asset Collection and TSA Archive to collect, preserve, safeguard, and manage items of historic and cultural value from across the agency and interpret this history for the benefit of TSA and the public.� TSA moved to its new headquarters facility in Springfield, Virginia in late 2020. The customized design of the facility provided for a newly designed and updated Mission Hall exhibition centrally located in the conference center on the second level of the building.� SERVICE REQUIRED To share this history, culture, and heritage with TSA�s entire workforce, and with the public, TSA is seeking professional services to reconstruct Mission Hall�s display cases, heritage installations, and timeline as a virtual tour (virtual mission hall), and create a virtual tour digitally replicating the exhibition and installation spaces at TSA HQ with high resolution imagery, detailed text labels, and on an easily accessed platform with intuitive touring functions to provide this information and experience on the internet.� The requirement includes the production of an interactive digital virtual tour documenting TSA�s exhibitions and cultural heritage installations at TSA HQ. RESPONSE INFORMATION Your response must identify your company's capability to provide the virtual tour production services.� Also, include any contracting vehicle available to the Federal Government under which your service is available.� Please note: All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
