Description

This requirement will be a sole source acquisition to Boeing (CAGE: 022T1) for the sustainment of the C-130 Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) Data.� This effort includes sustainment services and all necessary tools/equipment, software and licenses required to allow the C-130 IETM Central Technical Order Control Unit (CTOCU) Government authors to securely and remotely sustain the currency of the C-130 IETM data, wiring and graphics.� This effort will require the Contractor to provide secure access to Government authors in order to sustain the currency of the C-130 IETM Data, and all the tools, software and licenses necessary for the Government to sustain the IETM, wiring and graphics current in accordance with the C-130 IETM Sustainment Twilight Performance Work Statement and applicable attachments. These services will be performed at the Contractor or Subcontractor's facility, Government facility, or other locations as required. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.� Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.� However, all proposals received within thirty days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.� A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This contracting action will establish a Definitive Contract composed of Contract Line Items Numbers (CLINs) as detailed in the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation.
