Description

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) intends to contract using other than full and open competition to obtain Contractor support for the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Office of Waterways and Ocean Policy (CG-WWM).� . Accordingly, the USCG intends to award a contract to: Cohn Reznick 7501 Wisconsin Ave, Suite 400E, Bethesda, MD 20814� This contract will address the requirements of the U. S. Coast Guard (USCG) Office of Waterways and Ocean Policy (CG-WWM) to conduct the expense and revenue review in accordance with 46 CFR parts 403 and 404, previous rulemakings, and prior agreed upon agreements.� The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals in accordance with the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested vendors who may wish to seek subcontracting opportunities should contact the above named company directly.
