Description: The Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) and NAVINTEL are positioning themselves to incorporate commercial based Open Source (OS)/Publicly Available Information (PAI) Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) tools to enhance their product lines. The OS/PAI GEOINT and SIGINT tools we are seeking to acquire are license/subscription based and accessed through a web or cloud-based solution that is a commercially available off the shelf (COTS) platform. ONI and NAVINTEL will not consider any software/hardware-based solutions nor entertain offers to create or build a solution. �
