BLM-CO - Roan Plateau (Rifle) Weed Spraying - 91 Acres ----- This is a solicitation announcement for weed spraying in accordance with Attachment 1 - SOW. There will be no pre-bid hosted site visit, but we will set up a pre-bid video conference if requested. ----- Basic Contracting Requirements: 1. Active Registration - www.sam.gov 2. Invoicing and Payment - www.ipp.gov -30 Day Prompt Pay 3. FAR Part 12 - Commercial Items 4. FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures 5. Colorado Applicators License 6. Service Contract Act Wages for Garfield County 7. Total Small Business Set-Aside for NAICS 115310 - Size Std - $8M 8. Award Basis - Low Price Technically Acceptable with a thorough review of your technical response detailing your qualifications, experience, past performance, resources, equipment, personnel, schedule and supervision to perform this task in the time required. ----- Minimum Requirements for Responsive Quote: 1. Filled in, priced, signed SF-1449 (Attachment 4) 2. Short and specific technical response detailing your qualifications, experience, resources, past performance, plan of action and schedule to accomplish this project. Include 3 contactable references who can attest to your past performance on recent and relevant projects of similar scope. ----- If interested and capable of this project, email the POC with your your response no later than the closing date.
