Description

The requirement is for providing Health Insurance (RFP# 19TD55-21-R-0001)� to locally employed staff of the U.S. Embassy of Trinidad and Tobago. The estimated number of employees is one hundred and four (104) of which 32 are single,�12 are� married plus spouse, 6 are�single plus one dependent (child) and 54 are�family (3 or more individuals). Please note that these are estimated quantities. The anticipated performance period is for a base year with four (4) one-year option periods. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered . Note: The response date in this synopsis/solicitation advert is not a firm date, please see the Request for Proposals�(RFP) for the actual date.�The successful offeror shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a proposal pursuant to FAR provision 5.207.� The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be an Indefinite-Delivery/Requirements type contract.�The Government is planning a pre-proposal conference and the date for this conference is in the solicitation. Electronic Submission/Responses: This opportunity�allows for submission of proposals via electronic commerce and via post.
