Description

The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items or services necessary to support the U.S. Army/Japan Ground Self Defense Forces (JGSDF) Bilateral Field Training Exercise ORIENT SHIELD (OS) 21-2 in accordance with�Performance Work Statement (PWS), the attached appendices and with commercial standards, local standards, Japanese ordinances and Japanese laws.� Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan. Note 2:�It is the offeror's responsibility to check the firm dates at block 6 & 8 of SF 1449, once the solicitation is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner. If you have any questions about the release date of a solicitation please contact the Contract Administrator or Contracting Officer listed in this announcement. Note 3:� Drawings are not attached uploaded PWS.� The offerors shall contact POC via email to receive the drawings. Amend 0001 was issued to update PWS. All changes are in yellow. Please see PWS for�deatils. Amend 0002 was issued to update PWS, Addenda to 52.212-1 (d), Instructions to Offerors, and 52.212-2 Evaluation (a).�
