Description

COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION W81K00-21-Q-0119 HEMOSPHERE ADVANCED MONITORING SYSTEM This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W81K00-21-Q-0119 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20200605. This solicitation is for a Hemosphere Advanced Monitoring System for the San Antonio Military Medical Center (SAMMC), Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The requirement delivery date is thirty days after receipt of order. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112, with a size standard of 1,000. This requirements is set-aside for SMALL BUSINESSES. Questions shall be submitted via e-mail not later than 28 May 2021. No questions will be entertained after this date. Offers are due by 01 June 2021, 10:00 am Central Standard Time.
