Description

Pre-Solicitation Notice � W81K00-21-Q-0103 The Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, Fort Hood Health Contracting Branch, Fort Hood, Texas intends to issue a solicitation for Radiopharmaceuticals for the Nuclear Medicine Department, Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center, Fort Hood, Texas. This solicitation will be issued for a base period of 01 October 2021 � 30 September 2022 and three (3) option periods ending 30 September 2025. This requirement is being solicited unrestricted.� The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 325412, Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing. The Small Business Administration's size standard for this NAICS code is 1,250 employees.� The solicitation number is W81K00-21-Q-0103. This solicitation will be available on/about 02 June 2021 and will be posted on http://beta.sam.gov. Prospective offerors are advised that if tentatively selected for award, they must register with the System for Award Management (SAM) (http://www.sam.gov) and obtain a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to any award being made.
