Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate contracts on an other than full and open competition basis with Arnprior Aerospace Inc. (Arnprior), 107 Baskin Drive East, Arnprior, Ontario K7S 3M1 Canada.� The anticipated contracts are for the required effort to procure Sonobuoy Storage Racks and associated engineering efforts in support of the P-8A Poseidon aircraft.� This action shall be procured pursuant of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1 �Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.� Arnprior is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the P-8A Poseidon Sonobuoy Storage Racks with the detailed knowledge to allow them to manfucture and delivery the racks as Government Furnished Property (GFP) to the P-8 Poseidon production line in a timely and cost effective manner.
