- �Subject: HJZH 21-1064, Construct Ammunition Breakdown Building **This is the official Pre?solicitation/Synopsis for the subject project. Date: May 26, 2021 The 673d Contracting Squadron is contemplating a construction award for installation of electrical outlets on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK. The Army Range Control requires an Ammunition Breakdown Building to be an ammunition issue point for troops using the Zero Range, and currently the existing Zero Range does not have an Ammunition Breakdown Building. The Contractor shall construct the Ammunition Breakdown Building per Range Design Guide and Department of Army Pamphlet (DA PAM) 385-64 Ammunitions and Explosives Safety Standards. IAW FAR 36.204(e), Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. NAICS: 236220 It is anticipated that this will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with a size standard of $39.5M PSC/FSC: Z2JZ Size Standard: $39,500,000. Any prospective sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation package will be available only through Electronic Posting System (EPS) and is anticipated to be posted on or about 9 June 2021 on the beta.SAM.gov web page. All proposals will be due on or about 30 June 2021. Paper copies and paper proposals will not be accepted. Once the solicitation is posted, it will then become the responsibility of the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. To be considered, responsive offerors must register in SAM at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ before submitting an offer.
