- Bureau of Indian Education anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract as a result of this request for quote. Quotes must be submitted to janice.begay@bie.edu. Any other method to submission will not be considered. All questions shall be submitted via email to janice.begay@bie.edu. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. Please reference solicitation number in the subject line of the email. PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE SOLICITATION THOROUGHLY. Contractor to be responsible for Sports Information Director services for Haskell Indian Nations University, located in Lawrence, KS. Contractor to provide services as outlined in the attached Statement of Work. This procurement is being set aside 100% for Small Business Set-aside (FAR 19.5). All contractors submitting proposals must be registered in SAM as a Small Business, in order to receive contract award pursuant to FAR Clause 52.204-7. Contractors are required to qualify under NAICS code 541990 and have said code notated in their SAM profile in order to participate in this solicitation.
