Description

The Delaware National Guard, intends to award a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(i) to Carlisle Barracks of 46 Ashburn Dr. Carlisle PA 17013-5002 for meals prescribed in Army Regulation 30-22. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement is based on prior procurement history showing no other capable/interested parties in the vicinity of training. The Government contemplates award of a firm fixed price purchase order resulting from this notice.� Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This synopsis is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If no responses are received, a sole source purchase order to will be issued without further notice.
