PLACE OF PEFORMANCE USCGC STRATTON SAN DIEGO, CA 92101 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 29MAY2021 The United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Centers, National Security Cutters Branch 2 anticipates awarding this procurement to SIEMENS INDUSTRY, INC. for the service listed below: SIEMENS FIRE SPECIALIST TO TROUBLESHOOT MXL FIRE DETECTION PANEL This procurement will be made on behalf of the USCGC MUNRO, ALAMEDA, CA. Vendor will provide the part/supply stated in the solicitation description. �NAICS Code # 332991 applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No solicitation will be issued, however all responses received on/before 0800 Pacific Time, MAY 28TH, 2021 will be reviewed by the Government. ��A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. �Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All questions concerning this notice must be submitted in writing the Contracting Officer, email address is: barbara.falero@uscg.mil. The solicitation is restricted to: SIEMENS INDUSTRY, INC. Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited. See justification for other than full and open competition attachment. If no affirmative responses are received by the date specified above to determine whether a qualified source is more advantageous to the Government, a purchase order will be negotiated and awarded to SIEMENS INDUSTRY, INC.
