Description

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract to Rolter Associates LLC, 2008 North Buchanan Court, Arlington, VA. 22207 for the PuMP� Performance Measure Blueprint Workshop under the authority of FAR 13.501 and utilizing FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, procedures with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The PuMP� Performance Measure Blueprint Workshop and 1-Day seminars/training will teach and guide personnel on how to develop and improve NGA�s performance measures and the ability to affect and account for organization performance. The students will develop performance measures to support the NGA strategy, imperatives and Moonshot initiatives, this procurement is for workshops and consulting services to NGA business personnel. Rolter Associates possesses a unique capability as they are the only vendor in the United States that is certified and licensed to provide the PuMP� Performance Measure Blueprint Workshop. NGA has worked with Rolter Associates on previous awards for this requirement. No competition is being sought. No competition is being sought. The period of performance will be for one (1) year after contract award with four (4) additional 12 month option period, for a total of 60 months. This is a special notice prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. A solicitation will not be posted. However, any entity that believes it can meet this requirement may give written notification no later than 12 pm EST on Monday, June 7 , 2021. Supporting evidence must be in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
