Description

The purpose of this combined synopsis/solicitation is for commercial non-personal services for MAHC Victory Conference Room VTC upgrade located on Fort Jackson.� The installation of a new video teleconference system and removal of existing equipment using the existing racks all in accordance with the SOW.� The Period of Performance is 45 Forty-five days for installation and removal and one (1), twelve (12) month period for a maintenance agreement.� The Government anticipates a firm fixed-price contract to be awarded from this combined synopsis/solicitation.� The SOW and salient characteristic will be included as an attachment to the solicitation.� The requirement is solicited as Total Small Business Set-Aside.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334310- Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing.� This requirement falls under the Office Management.� The Product Service Code (PSC) 7B20, IT and Telecom-High Performance Computer.� The small Business Size Standard is 750. The offeror is responsible for reviewing beta.sam at https://www.beta/sa.gov for notice of amendments, updates, and or changes to the solicitation.� All potential sources must obtain a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number and register in the System for Award Management (SAMS) in order to conduct business with the government.� Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in SAMS may delay the award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who has met all of the requirements to conduct business with the Government at time of award. � The point of contact for this solicitation is Ms. Alecia M.
