Amendment is being issue to revise the solicitation quantity from 36 to 25 as shown under CLIN 0001, and to extend the solicitation closing date. PR 86920747 NSN 2815-01-184-0796 Item Description:� Parts Kit, Diesel Engine Quantity: 25 Unit of Issue:� EA Option: 200%; this may or may not be exercised at the time of award. Destination Information:� DDDC SAN DIEGO, CA. Delivery Schedule:� 400 Days Item is being bought in accordance with FAIRBANKS MORSE, LLC 7PZX0 P/N P12615027 This is an UNRESTRICTED solicitation (Other Than Full and Open Competition) and will be solicited per FAR part 15; DAG 5.207(d)(2)(iv).� This is not set-aside for small business. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, socioeconomic, and past performance as described in the solicitation. FOB and Inspection/Acceptance points as required per the solicitation. �� The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on or about 4/8/2021;� This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract for only approved sources under the authority of 10USC2304(c)(1).� Based on market research this item is manufactured for military use only and is not commercial; therefore, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 in its solicitation for this item.� However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government�s requirement with a commercial item with 15 days of this notice.� Users not having access to the Internet may contact the DODSSP, Bldg. 4/D, 700 Robbins Avenue, Philadelphia, PA� 19111-5094.� Patterns, Drawings, Deviations Lists, Purchase Description, etc., are not stocked at the DODSSP.� All proposals shall be in the English language and in US dollars.� All interested suppliers may submit a proposal by electronic commerce (e-mail).� Preferred method to submit proposal is to upload through Dibbs.� Submit e-mailed proposals to Carlos.Oquendo@dla.mil.� E-mailed proposals cannot exceed 15MB.
