Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, tools, equipment, certification, and supervision necessary to prepare space in accordance with terms and conditions listed herein at Tibor Rubin VA Long Beach Medical Center, CA. IAW the SOW, supplied drawings and specifications. The contractor shall provide all necessary work required to modify existing space to include ceiling, wall partitions, dry wall, patch & paint, door framing, electrical, HVAC duct work, data, lighting, countertop resurfacing, asbestos abatement & flooring required at the VA Long Beach HCS. Awardee shall perform work in strict accordance with General Specifications, Statement of Work, Attachments, Schedule, Site Drawings, and terms and Conditions set forth in the contract. Wage determination applicable to the solicitation and incorporated by attachment is General Decision Number: CA20210022 The contractor shall be responsible for the correct title and classification of all workers and be in compliance with all applicable wage hours and laws. Magnitude of this project is Between $100,000 and $250,000 in accordance with VAAR 836.204 Applicable NAICS Code and Size Standard for this Acquisition is 236220 / $39.5 Million This procurement is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) in accordance with Public Law (PL) 109-461, 28 United States Cod (U.S.C.) Section 8127.
