- This notice is a synopsis for noncommercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 5.204 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport, RI (NUWCDIVNPT) has a requirement for TR-317 Series Transducer Restoration services. Award of a single, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) five-year, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract is anticipated.� The required services include inspection, restoration, testing, and packaging the transducers in accordance with the statement of work and the Screening, Technical Repair Standard (TRS) Distro D drawing for TR-317B/C/D Transducer (drawing number 53711-8865376). This procurement is solicited as a 100% small business set-aside as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334511. The Small Business Size Standard is 1,250 employees. A draft Statement of Work, and the TRS drawing number 53711-8865376 are included with this synopsis. The attached drawing is Distribution D, which means distribution is authorized to the DoD and U.S. DoD contractors with a valid Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification. Only offerors with an active registration in JCP will be provided access to the documents. Please visit http://www.dlis.dls.mil/jcp for further details on the program and registration. To obtain access to the Distribution D documents, offerors� active JCP certifications must be reflected in beta.SAM.gov. Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/) to be eligible for award. Instructions for registration are available at the website. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication (SP) 800-171 is applicable. In order to be considered for an award, the Offeror shall have a current assessment (i.e., not more than 3 years old unless a lesser time is specified in the solicitation) (see 252.204-7020) for each covered contractor information system that is relevant to the o?er, contract, task order, or delivery order. The Basic, Medium, and High NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessments are described in the NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment Methodology located at https://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/pdi/cyber/strategically_assessing_contractor_implementation_of_NIST_S 171.html (1) The Offeror shall verify that summary level scores of a current NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment (i.e., not more than 3 years old unless a lesser time is specified in the solicitation) are posted in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) (https://www.sprs.csd.disa.mil/) for all covered contractor information systems relevant to the offeror. (2) If the Offeror does not have summary level scores of a current NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment (i.e., not more than 3 years old unless a lesser time is specified in the solicitation) posted in SPRS, the Offeror may conduct and submit a Basic Assessment to mailto:webptsmh@navy.mil for posting to SPRS in the format identified in paragraph (d) of this provision. The anticipated release date of RFP#: N66604-21-R-0285 is expected to be on or about 10 June 2021. The anticipated source selection evaluation criteria will consider technical capability, past performance, and price. The specific evaluation criteria will be identified in the solicitation. The closing date for receipt of proposals will also established in the RFP. Additional details will be released upon issuance of N66604-21-R-0285.
