- N0016421GWS31-0002 � JOB ORDER PIID N0016422FW118 SOLE SOURCE � AN/ALQ-249(V)1 Next Generation Jammer � Mid Band (NGJ-MB) � PSC AC13 � NAICS 334511 Synopsis Issue Date: 25 May 2021 � Closing Date: 09 June 2021 � 1400 Time Eastern ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) Maintainers and Engineering Reach Back Support for the AN/ALQ-249(V)1 NGJ-MB during Development Test & Evaluation (DT&E). The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, Raytheon Company, 2000 East El Segundo Blvd., El Segundo, CA 90245-3507, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) Only One Responsible Source. This is being sole sourced because of duplication of life cycle and logistics cost and proprietary data that is a part of the systems being procured which would result in duplication of cost to recreate. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
