Description

Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source contract under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 13.106-1(b)- Soliciting From A Single Source and FAR 6.302-1 - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Kentucky Air National Guard Communications Flight, 1101 Grade lane Louisville, KY 40213 has a requirement to procure the following items: Line Item 0001: Maintain the existing AT&T Telecommunication circuit The intent of the Sole Source Award to ATT is to maintain the existing AT&T Telecommunication circuit terminating in building 400 room 134. This circuit will be utilized for mission support for the entire 123 Airlift Wing. AT&T located at 3719 Bardstown Rd., Louisville, KY 40218, Telephone Number: (502) 454-1453is the sole supplier for maintaining the existing AT&T Telecommunication circuit. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 10:00 AM Eastern Time, Friday, June 4th, 2021. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
