All fuel shall be ultra-low sulfur (<15ppm) - off road (untaxed) Diesel fuel. Once the load on the generators and the fuel consumption rate is established the contractor shall develop and maintain a refilling schedule to continually fill the tanks so that the generators will have fuel. The VA will retain the ability to call the contractor 24hours a day for a fuel delivery in the event that the consumption rate changes (Load increases) Should the contractor elect to install a bulk fuel tank on site to reduce the number or frequency of deliveries the tanks specifications, size, location, power requirements, and filling procedures shall be established with the COR.
