- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals�are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued separately. This solicitation document and its incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05 dated March 10, 2021. The solicitation number is 20213281140 and this solicitation is issues as a request for quote (RFQ). This is a full and open solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is, 811310 � Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance corresponding small business size $8.0 Million. Product of Service Code for this requirement is 4630 � Sewage Treatment Equipment. Please reference the solicitation number of 20213281140 in the subject. Offers shall be emailed to suzette.smith@ibwc.gov.�FAXED QUOTES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Please include your DUNS number with your offer. The International Boundary and Water Commission is seeking a price quote to deliver and supply better than new Program Model 1360� Surface aerators (6) Aqua-Lator Aerators (Surface Aerators) in accordance with the attached Specification Sheet. Delivery shall be to Nogales Wastewater Treatment Plant, 865 Rio Rico Industrial Park, Rio Rico, AZ 85648. All vendors must adhere to COVID-19 requirements for social distancing and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) (i.e. mask and gloves). Vendors will not be permitted access to IBWC facilities without proper PPE. Virtual site visits (video/photographs) are not permitted. � The Government will award a contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA), responsible offeror.
