Subject:� HUZH 21- 1060 Renovate Private Office Bldg. B730 **This is the official Pre?solicitation for the subject project. Date: May 24, 2021 The 673d Contracting Squadron is contemplating a construction award for subject project for the renovation of two (2) smaller offices, one (1) large open office and install one (1) man door for fire egress near an overhead door on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK.� Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to execute the project as shown on the Draft SOW and Draft Drawings. IAW FAR 36.204(c), Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS: 236210 This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with a size standard of $39.5M Size Standard: $39,500,000. Pre Solicitation Site Visit:� A pre solicitation site visit will be held on 26 May 2021 at 3:00 PM Alaska Standard Time (AST) at JBER(R) for Building 724. Quarter Master Road- Building on the left (CES Bldg. 730). All are advised to meet in the parking lot (facing CES Bldg. 730) on the left hand side. There is adequate parking (where all will proceed across the street to building 724, JBER (R), AK.� Access:� Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK is not an open base and you must have a valid ID.� Anyone who does not have the necessary identification to enter the base must make arrangements with 673 CONS/PKA to be vouched onto the installation.� It is your responsibility to confirm that someone will be available to vouch you onto the base.� For further information contact Cassandra Woodard at cassandra.woodard@us.af.mil and Donald Dougherty at donald.dougherty.1@us.af.mil Any prospective sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
