SONNY MONTGOMERY VETERANS HEALTHCARE SYSTEM REQUEST FOR INFORMATION 36C25621Q0985 REQUESTED RESPONSES: The intent of this Request for Information is to establish sources in order to define the procurement strategy. Procurement of Replacement IE33 electronic board and Installation for a Philips IE33 echo ultrasound. 2. Background. The G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center (GVSM VAMC) is requesting the purchase of a replacement dental x-ray sensors. System: Dexis Digital x-ray sensor Manufacturer: Dexis Model #: 71042837 Part Description x-ray sensor 3. Scope. Purchase of replacement-x-ray sensors for the dental clinic. Description Quantity Dexis Digital x-ray sensor 16 Labor for installation Plug and use no install 4. Specific Tasks. performance will be verified with system operational specifications by the contractor and Biomedical Engineering Support Specialist at the GVSM VAMC. 5. Performance Monitoring GVSM VAMC Biomedical Engineering Technicians will oversee the installation of the replacement part, and test and validate the proper operation of the repaired system before returning it to service. All documentation on the new board and service reports on the equipment is required to be submitted to the COR within 2 days of repair.
