- The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to accomplish market research pursuant to FAR Part 10, and to identify qualified and experienced businesses capable of and interested in providing the services described in this notice. The Department of State welcomes the participation of qualified Joint Ventures and encourages teaming to ensure an effective solution. Additionally, this notice seeks to determine if the services can be acquired using Federal Supply Schedules (FSS) or other Government Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWAC). In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This Sources Sought is issued solely for conducting market research, information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or obligation on the part of the Government. Neither unsolicited proposals nor any other kind of offers will be considered in response to this Sources Sought. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and/or any follow-up information requests. This Sources Sought Notice in intended to communicate and solicit feedback from industry on the �Draft� version of an upcoming requirement for a Virtual Health Platform (see Attachment 1, Draft Statement of Work (SOW)). Contractors shall provide company experience and capability information and respond to the specific questions below. The NAICS Code for this requirement is NAICS 611699 � All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instructions. Please do not provide generic capability statements as they shall add no value to this Sources Sought. The Government is seeking specific information in conjunction with the attached Draft SOW.�The page limitation for responses is 10 pages.
