Description

The purpose of this contract is to maintain CARL's OCLC product subscriptions for WebDewey, EZProxy, CONTENTdm, and WorldCat Discovery for an initial period of performance 9/1/2021 - 8/31/2022, with three follow on option years. �WebDewey is the electronic version of the Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC) system, which CARL utilizes to organize and maintain our library catalog. �EZProxy is an access and authentication system, which CARL utilizes to allow users off post (to include distance students) access to paid library subscriptions and resources. �CONTENTdm is the platform that CARL utilizes to build and provide access to the CARL's Digital Library. �WorldCat Discovery is being requested as an optional CLIN for each year (previously accessed through a subscription provided by Dept of the Army and current access provided by Kansas State Library), which the library will use to maintain enhanced interlibrary loan support, allowing users to retrieve real-time results and submit online interlibrary loan requests directly to the CARL.
