- Description
- Veteran Integrated System Network (VISN) 23 has established an ongoing requirement which requires a contractor to provide Medical Grade Bulk Liquid Oxygen. �Minneapolis VA will also need Medical Grade Bulk Nitrogen. If the Government facility does not own its own bulk oxygen or nitrogen tank system, the contractor shall provide a contractor-owned tank system with an appropriate back-up system (i.e. reserve tank or cylinder bank). Specifications for each facility are listed. The contractor shall provide all needed components to support a Food and Drug Administration (FDA) medical grade bulk liquid oxygen & nitrogen tank system in accordance with National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) 99. The contractor shall have an off-site monitoring system (telemetry system) that will allow the contractor to independently monitor the system and refill requirements
