Description

SYNOPSIS: The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) intends to issue a separate solicitation to purchase various commercial weapons to include U.S. weapons, foreign weapons, accessories and ammunition based on the individual demands from multiple Contingency Operations (CONOPS).��This will be a total small business set-aside. Potential offerors are required to possess a�current�Directorate Defense Trade Control Brokering License (K license).�The Prime shall also hold Federal Firearms Licenses Type�11�Importer of Destructive Devices, Ammunition for Destructive Devices, or Armor Piercing Ammunition�at the time of solicitation.�The contractor�shall also show performance�in the past three years of�their ability to�support the type requirements identified in�the�Statement of Work. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; no submissions are requested at this time. A formal Solicitation will be issued in the coming weeks and will be linked to this Synopsis. The Government is not responsible for any cost incurred related to this notice.�
