Description

Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Bridge contract to Golden Key Group, LLC for 25 Reserve O?icer Training Corps (ROTC) Instructors at various detachments. The period of performance for this one-year bridge contract is 21 June 2021�to 20 June 2022. This one-year bridge contract is necessary to allow adequate time to solicit and award a competitive acquisition.� This is a continuing requirement and follow-on e?ort for ROTC Instructors. This is a sole source notice published for informational purposes only and not a request for competitive proposals. Therefore, no solicitation document exists for this requirement. However, all responsible parties interested in responding to this notice are invited to submit a capability statement by 26�May 2021�at 12:00 P.M. CST. This should be submitted to Ms. Monica Philpot�at monica.philpot@us.af.mil, and provide sufficient details for consideration by the Government. The determination not to compete the contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
