Description

The purpose of this is to post the Redacted Justification & Approval (J&A) (Control Number: CAO-20-0285) for the M762A1/M767A1 S&A Assemblies.� This J&A is to both Modifications P00010 and P00011 but posting under the latter.� This J&A is under authority FAR 6.302-1, only one source. Modification P00010 was executed on 15 September 2020 to extend the Period of Performance by 1 year to 24 September 2021 and Modification P00011 was executed on 30 March 2021 to increase the total contract ceiling amount and to incoporate pricing for the extend year.� No further purchases are anticipated.� Contract expires 24 September 2021.
