- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution,�5756 Hartford Street, Joint Base, MDL, Fort Dix, New Jersey, intends to issue�solicitation 15BFTD21Q00000018 for the acquisition of Construction�services.� The Education Department requires a�newly constructed foundation for training purposes.� The foundation shall lay as an open area to be utilized as a training site.� Contractor is responsible for laying concrete pad 30 feet wide by 40 feet long.� This project will be categorized as a Construction Project.� Contract workers will be subject to the Davis Bacon Act wages. Period of performance shall be 5 working days.��This shall be a requirements type contract with firm fixing pricing.�� The Government reserves the right to award to responsible vendor(s) whose offer, conforms to the solicitation, and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government.� PLEASE READ THE COVER LETTER AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON SUBMITTING YOUR OFFER PROPERLY. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 20, 2021 and will be posted to the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website transitioned to www.beta.SAM.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this solicitation. Faith based and community based organizations can submit offers/ quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The�closing date of receipt for quotes is May 28, 2021 4:00 pm EST. Payment will be made using the Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) or purchase card. Each vendor is required to be registered in www.SAM.gov complete with representations and certifications.
