- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a new requirement, no previous contract or incumbent.� This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set aside. The associated NAICS code is 541512.� The small business size standard is $30.0M. Please provide all evaluation criteria in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 in this package. Vendor�s who do not provide all evaluation criteria will not be accepted.� All non-personal services performed under this contract is required to meet the quality and performance standards as identified. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), Southeast Fisheries Science Center (NEFSC) has a requirement for relocating existing hardware for the C-Cure 9000 Systems for operating the door security system and upgrading new doors recently installed, includes configuring the system software to accept new CAC card access configuration.� SITE VISIT A site visit is highly recommended but not required. Vendors are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. Site visit is scheduled for 05/25/2021 at 11:00 a.m.� Please contact Jonelle Fearon at jonelle.fearon@noaa.gov to confirm your attendance.� We ask that you limit your attendees to only one person from your company. All vendors must sign in before site visit starts and wear the appropriate face mask. All questions during the site visit should be submitted electronically to karen.beck@noaa.gov.
