- Request for Information (RFI) Industry Feedback on Laughlin Air Force Base (LAFB) Base Operations Support (BOS) Disclaimer This Request for Information (RFI) seeks information regarding non-personal services for Base Operations Support (BOS) at Laughlin AFB in Del Rio, Texas.� Responses received will be used for informational purposes only and will not be disclosed outside this agency. The information obtained may be used for future acquisition purposes, therefore, interested parties should not submit any information that is proprietary in nature.� This announcement does not constitute an Invitation for Bids, Request for Proposals, or Request for Quotations, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a contract or otherwise pay for the information solicited. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice. Companies responding to this RFI are advised that participation does not ensure involvement in future solicitations or contract awards. No proposals are being requested or accepted under this notice, and this announcement shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or to ultimately award a contract, nor does this synopsis restrict the Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this announcement. Any costs associated with providing information to either this notice or any follow-up information requests shall not be reimbursed. Costs incurred as a result of this announcement shall be borne solely by the respondent and shall not be payable by the Government. Small Business/Set-Aside Information This requirement is anticipated to be Small Business Set-Aside, therefore, responses to this RFI are only being requested from interested Small Businesses.� For purposes of this RFI, the main North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the requirement is 561210 - Facilities Support Services, size standard is $41.5 million. Description of the Requirement The 338th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (ESS), at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) � Randolph, Texas (TX), is requesting industry feedback in regards to the attached DRAFT Laughlin BOS Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 12 May 2021 (see Attachment 1). Please indicate, at a minimum, any questions, suggestions, performance risks, ambiguities, and/or unclear or undefined areas. Additionally, please provide any recommended changes and/or updates that you feel are noteworthy. The government will not provide responses to any questions or comments received and will not share any information received with any other vendor. All interested parties are requested to complete and submit Attachment 2-Industry Feedback Worksheet as their response. Response Submission Please e-mail the completed Attachment 2 - Industry Feedback Worksheet to the primary point of contacts: Melody Taylor at melody.taylor@us.af.mil and Kevin Searles at kevin.searles.2@us.af.mil, as soon as practicable, but no later than 11:00 a.m. CT on 01 June 2021.
