- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Tele-interpreter Service for VA Debt Management Center Solicitation number 36C10X21Q0140 is issued for this combined synopsis/solicitation; this solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and in conjunction with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. This combined synopsis /solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-03 effective February 16, 2021. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541930- Translation and Interpretation Services. The Small Business size standard is 7.5 Million. The Product and Service Code R608- Translation and Interpretation. This procurement is a 100% Service Disable Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB) set aside. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, considering technical and price. All vendors shall be verified and list in the Vendor Information database, https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/, for the NAICS code identified in this solicitation. Any vendor not verified and listed shall be considered non-responsive. VA Debt Management Center (DMC) contact center requires a call- in service to assist with translating foreign languages into the English language during inbound, outbound, and recorded telephone calls with customers. When calling for assistance, DMC contact center personnel require a voice recognition interactive voice response system. Quote Due Date: June 10, 2021 at 1:00 PM East Standard Time. All questions, inquiries and offerors must be submitted to joan.dixon@va.gov via electronic email not later than May 27, 2021. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
