Description

Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 (NCO 2), intends to solicit quotes from contractors for: Boiler Maintenance, Testing, Repair, and Inspection for the Syracuse and Bath VA Medical Centers (VAMC s) located at: VMAC Syracuse VAMC Bath 800 Irving Avenue 76 Veterans Ave Syracuse, NY 13210 Bath, NY 14810 The VA anticipates posting an Unrestricted RFQ for this requirement to beta.SAM.gov on or about: May 20th, 2020. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from beta.SAM.gov, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to offerors about the quote submission process. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the beta.SAM.gov website (https://www.beta.sam.gov) so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. NAICS Code: 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors Classification Code: J045 Proposed Solicitation Number: 36C24221Q0875 Anticipated Closing Response Date: June 6th 2021 Period of Performance: July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022, with the provision of four (4) subsequent option years. Description: Vendor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment as well as proof of certification by the MFG to service, inspect, repair and maintain this specific Fulton branded boiler system. Vendor shall include proof of certification along with quote. All responsible sources may submit quotes which shall be considered by the Agency.
