Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE.� THIS IS NOT�A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.� This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a a sole source contract under statutory 10 USC 2304�(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition�Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.� General Services Administration Public Building Services intents to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract to Dale Carnegie dba Business Innovation Partners Georgia LLC. For conducting two (2) virtual training courses titled ""High Impact Communications for Project Managers (From an Owner�s Perspective).""� The Period of Performance for the first class is September 1-2, 2021 and second class is September 8-9, 2021.� This training is required for Project Managers to enhance skill sets, obtain CLPs to maintain FAC � P/PM certification status.� Also, this course will benefit Architects and Engineers staff, who can obtain CEUs. High impact presentations are a necessary tool �that will make a difference in communications for Project Managers.� The determination to sole source this course is it will build upon skills from a previously taught course �Leadership Mastery� to GSA�s Project Managers.� This course will build upon those skills already introduced.� The NAICS code is 611430 with a small business standard of $11M.� This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations and a written solicitation will not be issued.� Emails reference this notice can be sent to Bertha Russell Contracting Officer at bertha.russell@gsa.gov.
