INTENT TO SOLICIT ONLY ONE SOURCE The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government is soliciting and negotiating with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i).� The name of the company the Government intends to award a contract to is Vieletech, Inc., 913 Splendor Point, Florissant, CO 80816-7107.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.� However, the Government will consider all proposals received prior to the closing date and time of this solicitation. ����������������������� (ii)� The solicitation number is W911QX21Q0140. The small business size standard is 1,000 employees. ����������������������� (v)�� The following is a list of contract line item number(s) (CLIN) and items, quantities and units of measure, (including option(s), if applicable):� CLIN 0001 � Quantity One (1) � Unit of Measure EACH - Upgrade of the existing Spray Combustion Research Laboratory (SCRL) data acquisition (DAC) system ����������������������� (vi) �Description of requirements: The Army Research Laboratory (ARL) Spray Combustion Research Laboratory (SCRL) requires upgrades to a Government owned data acquisition (DAC) system. The purpose of the updates are to provide additional high speed recording capability up to 100� kilohertz (kHz), include additional auxiliary channels (at least 12 input and 12 output), reconfigure the Technical Data Management Streaming (TDMS) logging structure to enable multiple snapshot logging, and provide interface capability with the Combustion Analysis Toolkit. The upgrade shall consist of the following: One (1) cRIO-9047, 1.6 GHz Quad-Core, 70T FPGA, RT, 8-Slot, XT; One (1) NI 9149 8 Slot Ethernet Expansion chassis for C Series Modules; One (1) NI 9220 DSUB, +/-10 V, 16-Bit, 100 kS/s, 16-Ch, SSH AI Module; One (1) Standard Service Program For Compactrio Systems; One (1) LabVIEW Professional Development System, Windows, All Languages, With Media, Include 1 Year SSP; One (1) LabVIEW Real-Time Module, With Media, Include 1 Year SSP; One (1) LabVIEW FPGA Module, With Media, Include 1 Year SSP; One Combustion Analysis Toolkit (includes Calibration Viewer) for LabVIEW 2019; Three (3) Annual unlimited phone and e-mail support (no code or document generation); Two (2) 4x 24"" monitors; One (1) HP Z2 micro-workstation custom configured ����������������������� (vii) Delivery is required by 30 days after contract award (ACA). �Delivery shall be made to Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD 21005.� �Acceptance shall be performed at APG, MD 21005.
