- U.S. GOVERNMENT SOLICITATION No. 9NV2087 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Nevada City: Las Vegas Delineated Area: North: I-95 East: N. Maryland Pkwy South: E. Charleston West: I-15 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,071 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,375 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Reserved): 6 structured Full Term: 15 Firm Term: 8 Option Term: 5 Years Additional Requirements: Space shall be contiguous Offered space must be on second floor or above Size, number and placement of columns must be at least 25 feet from any interior wall and from each other Offered space cannot be located in or adjacent to a shopping center. Building must have a loading dock and freight elevator available for use by the Government. Public transportation must be available within � of a walkable mile distance from the proposed building entrance. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plain. Interested Respondents should include Building Owners, or if a Broker, please include the Exclusivity Agreement/Representation Letter/or listing Contract granting the exclusive right to represent the building by the Building Owner, in your expression of interest. Expression of interest should include the following information at a minimum (This is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposal): Building name/address Proof of Ownership Legal description, recent survey, and a property identification number(s) (PIN) 1/8 inch drawings to demonstrate location of space in the building; Ability to meet minimum ABOA SF space requirement; Anticipated Common Area Factor.
