- PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT SANTA MONICA MOUNTAINS NRA PARKWIDE CUSTODIAL SERVICES RFQ No. 140P8621Q0032 The National Park Service (NPS), Santa Monica Mountains NRA (SAMO), located in Los Angeles and Ventura County, California, has a requirement for custodial services. The intent of this service is to maintain sanitization standard to the following: public restrooms, public drinking fountains (when applicable), administrative buildings, and trash & recycle removal from public restrooms/trailheads/picnic areas. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, materials, and incidentals necessary to complete the services required. This procurement is set-aside for Total Small Business concerns only. All responsible sources with Small Business status may submit a proposal which, if timely received, will be considered. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720; the small business size standard is $19.5 Million. Award selection shall be made on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable determination made after consideration of price and factors other than price. All work shall be performed under a single, fixed price purchase order. The RFQ will be available via electronic commerce only and may be accessed on or about May 18, 2021 at Beta.sam.gov. The prospective Offeror is responsible for periodically checking this website for any amendments that may be issued prior to the closing date of the RFQ. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT: Offerors shall be required to have a DUNS number and an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) in order to conduct business with the Federal Government. Offerors will be required to complete online Representations and Certifications at the SAM website.
