Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ), on behalf of the Combat Capabilities Development Command- Armament Center (CCDC AC), intends to issue a sole source Request for Quotation (RFQ) to BES-3D LLC, 37 E. Main St, Lexington, OH 44904 for 3D Printer Maintenance Services. The anticipated period of performance is a base year with two, one year options. The proposed sole source acquisition will utilize the authority under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1): For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization. Please see the attached Limited Source Justification. The applicable NAICS Code for this is 811310. THIS SYNOPSIS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ). Further, this synopsis does not guarantee of a future RFQ and should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the U.S. Government. Responses to this synopsis are not considered proposals/quotes, and, cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
