- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being made under the procedures in FAR Subpart 13.5 and 12.6. Solicitation number 2031JW21Q00097 is hereby issued as a request for quotations for commercial IT research licenses in support of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC).� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-04.� The relevant NAICS code for this acquisition is 541512 and the PSC is DF10; this solicitation is released for full and open competition (no set-asides). In order to receive responses to questions, vendors shall cite the sections and page numbers of this RFQ that corresponds with their questions.
