- On or about May 17, 2021, the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, Houston, Texas, intends to post a solicitation for contractors to provide Community Nursing Home (CNH) Services (with Ventilator Beds) for the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) in the Angelina, Brazoria, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, Jefferson, Montgomery, and Walker County catchment area. The solicitation will be Full and Open competition. The solicitation will be a single award solicitation in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12, 13, 13.5, and 16.504.
