Classification Code: X NAICS Code: 531120 This serves as notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 10,361�rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 9,887�ANSI/BOMA area square feet and 17�surface parking spaces using Full and Open Competition practices for a new lease for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives. The lease has been awarded to the SCPWE I, LLC�in Sylmar, California. Commencing April 29, 2021�through April 28, 2031, the U.S. Government shall pay the Lessor annual rent of $332,671.37�for a fully serviced lease at the rate of $27,722.61�per month.� Said rent shall consist of a shell rental in the amount of $231,982.79�annually and an operating rent of $53,151.93.� The lease terms are set at 10�years/5�years firm.
