- Request for Quote Number: FA4610-21-Q-0030 Project Title: DWDM Phase 2 Security Escorts at Vandenberg AFB, CA This is Request for Quote is for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. �� Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted. �This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05 and DFARS DPN 20210224. � This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 561612, �Security Guards and Patrol Services�, with a size standard of $22M. Please see the attached SF 1449 solicitation document and Performance Work Statement (PWS) for contract line item numbers (CLINs), quantities, units of measure, description of requirements, period of performance information, applicable clauses and provisions, and other information pertinent to this acquisition. �Offerors are required to utilize the SF 1449 solicitation document to submit their quote, following the instructions contained therein, reference FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, and the addendum thereto. � The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) per the CLIN structure reflected in the attached SF1449 RFQ (Supplies or Services and Prices/Cost section). � All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). �Lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award. � Any questions or comments must be submitted to Amanda.Anderson.23@spaceforce.mil �and William.Bumpass.1@us.af.mil via email NLT 1400 hours PST on 25 May 2021. �Telephone and other means of oral communication will not be permitted. �Answers will be posted on or about 28 May 2021. �Quotes are due NLT 3 June, 2021 at 2:00 PM PST. �Offers must be submitted in writing and ONLY via email to Amanda.Anderson.23@spaceforce.mil �and William.Bumpass.1@us.af.mil.
