Title:� SPE4A521R0233, ACTUATOR, ELECTO-ME PR 0086688242 for NSN 1680-01-554-8806, Aero International (CAGE 0SML3) and Honeywell International (CAGE 70210), P/N 38092-3-1, ACTUATOR, ELECTO-ME.� DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Solicitation will request pricing for quantities of 1 each. FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance at Destination, and delivery is 180 days ARO.� This item is not a Critical Safety Item. This solicitation is Unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition.� Item is non-commercial.� The issue date is on or around 05/12/21 and the closing date is on or around 06/12/21.� It is anticipated that an award will be made against the OEM�s Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA); however, a copy of the solicitation will be made available upon request.� In order to receive an award, regardless of the dollar value, you must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM).� SAM registration is at https://www.sam.gov.� Alternate offers must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award.� The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS).
